HNS Studio offers Free Shipping within Canada.

*To qualify for free shipping within Canada, your order must be $49 or more after discounts and promotions are applied.

Due to COVID-19, Canada Post is experiencing extremely high volumes and extreme delays in deliveries. Canada Post no longer guarantees the delivery timeline for Standard or Xpress-post or other expedited services. We apologize in advance, but we have no control over delayed deliveries.

  • We provide shipping to over 190 countries around the world.
  • Every care is taken to ensure your order is sent securely and efficiently.
  • Packages shipped from our Canada warehouse are shipped through Canada Post Standard Mail.
  • Packages shipped from our production partners overseas, are also shipped through standard mail services.
  • For custom, personalized item orders, allow minimum 4 weeks for your order to ship.
  • Transit times could be longer if your parcel is held for inspection by your country's customs office or delayed / misrouted by the local postal service.
  • All Shipping Times are estimated. During holiday's season or severe weather conditions, you may see longer transit times. Thank you for your patience!
  • Once an order is shipped, the eventual arrival date is beyond our control and delivery times are estimated only.
  • Goods are not dispatched at the weekends or on public holidays.
