Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

Returns, Exchanges or Refunds:
If you receive any broken or damaged item from HNS Studio, you must send us a picture of the item and contact us by email info@hnsstudio.ca within 2 days of receipt of delivery. However if your item is completely damaged and not fixable we will simply replace your item.

Products must be in original packaging, unused, in new condition for returns to be accepted. Goods must then be returned within 5 business days of the receipt of your goods for a refund or exchange.

Items cannot be deemed as faulty if the fault is a result of wear and tear, improper care or improper use.

Please be aware that postage costs will not be refunded on exchanged or returned items. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment after the receipt of returned goods.  It may take up to 7-10 business days from the day your refund was approved.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the items that you no longer need.

Please note that because all our personalized items, custom items are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients, So no return or exchange accepted for these items.
